The Villa Park Mariners honored their senior swimmers before the team’s July 6 home meet against Woodridge. The outgoing Mariners, pictured left to right during a break in the meet at Jefferson Pool, are: Regina Brisbois, Avery Magierski, Saverio D’Alessandro, Scotty Fitzgerald and Zach Fox. All five of this year’s senior Mariners are members of Willowbrook High School’s Class of 2022. The Mariners completed their 2022 regular season with home meet against Lombard on July 13. Some Villa Park swimmers finished the season by competing in the DuPage Swim and Dive Conference’s Blue Division ‘B’ Meet, which took place on July 16 in Hanover Park. Other Mariners concluded the season by swimming in the Blue Division ‘A’ Meet in Glendale Heights on July 23.
