UCCA’s Taste of the Town: Dining for a Cause

United Community Concerns Association is excited to announce the 5th annual Taste of the Town: Dining for a Cause, an Elmhurst food and drink experience. Participating restaurants and businesses will hold Eat & Earn events throughout the month of May to benefit Elmhurst School District 205 families experiencing food scarcity.

Participating Businesses May 2 – 6

All month, Cuvee Cellars, 545 S. Spring Rd. (Will donate $4 to UCCA for every Frozé and Elmhurst Sour drink sold)

Monday, May 2, Pints, 15%, 112 S. York St. (To-go orders: use Pints website; type UCCA in the special instructions. Dining in: please inform your server that you are dining on behalf of UCCA when your experience begins.)

Wednesday, May 4, Fitz’s Pub, 15%, 172 N. Addison

Thursday, May 5, 151 l Kitchen Bar, 15%, 151 N. York St. (To-go orders: use 151 website, type UCCA in the special instructions. Online reservations: use Resy. Dining in: please inform your server that you are dining on behalf of UCCA when your experience begins.)

Friday, May 6, Pilot Pete’s, 20%, Elmhurst Metra Station, 128 W. 1st St.

The community is invited to support UCCA by dining-in, getting carry-out, or making a purchase from these businesses so that a portion of their bill will be donated to UCCA. Proceeds from the event will be used to fund at least five Mobile Food Pantries throughout the coming months. Visit ucca-elmhurst.org for more details and individual business websites for hours.
