Judy Kalivoda passed away in Elmhurst on December 12, 2021, at the age of 75. She was the beloved wife of George; loving mother of Mark (Jenny) Rachwalski, Karla (Israel Ramirez) Rachwalski, and Brian (Claudia Farciert) Rachwalski; cherished grandmother of Anna, Nathan, Lily, John, Emilio, Adrian, Ariana, and Christian.
