Every year, Santa Claus makes his first stop at the Spring Road Business Association’s annual holiday tree-lighting, which took place Friday evening, Nov. 19. It was cold enough that people had to bundle up tight, which means you can’t even see little Kenny Kapraun’s face! With him (besides Santa!) is Frank Catalano and his mom Reiko Kapraun.
