The Elmhurst Centre for Performing Arts (ECPA) is planning for its largest fundraiser of the year, the 6th Annual Spotlight Gala to be held Saturday, Nov. 13 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Elmhurst Art Museum. Celebrating the performing arts, the event promises to entertain guests from beginning to end, all to raise funds to build a state-of-the-art venue for live music, theatre, dance and comedy.
“The western suburbs have an abundance of talent,” said ECPA Board member Doug Peterson. “We are fortunate to have great relationships [so that] we can showcase so many performing artists from our surrounding communities and bring it directly to our guests at the Gala.”
This year, Spotlight Gala guests will be treated to music from the talented Timothy Christian School Jazz Band and a dramatic piece performed by Exhibit 3 Dance Studio. The party continues with the high energy of Standing Room Only Orchestra. Ranked a Chicagoland #1 Band, SRO will take the celebration into the night.
